Delivery

Digital Products: will be delivered immediately to either your inbox or if it’s an online program they will be delivered to your membership area and you will be given instant access to that area which is available for streaming or downloads.

Membership Holders: will have access to the Membership Portal as long as they remain subscribed and to date with their payments.

Courses: If purchasing a course, some or all content may only become available on a date as specified in the course description. Your course material will be located in your membership portal for streaming or downloads.

Physical Goods: will be shipped within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability via UPS or United States Postal Service.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Goods and Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods and/or online courses.

Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to alysa@alysarushton.com. We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Alysa Rushton Crystal Alchemy Store within 30 days of purchase.

Participant understands their participation in this program will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

If participant elects to pay by monthly instalments, Participant authorizes the Company to charge Participant’s credit card or debit card or PayPal. If Participant elects to pay in FULL, Participant may pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
